    Name: Gravsuits, Lateral Mobility Suit

Description: Most gravsuits are designed to be soft body suits worn underneath looser clothing, with the purpose of acting as a mobility technology to allow the user to walk, run, and even jump and perform other movement actions on walls or even ceilings as if they were moving on ordinary ground. They can also prevent falls. They typically appear as leg to shoulders body suits with padding in certain sections.

    Abilities:
    • While wearing a powered gravsuit, the suit automatically shifts the gravitational field around the suit to allow the user to walk on surfaces they normally wouldn't be able to walk on, like walls or ceilings.
      • The user can perform any movement activities they could on ordinary ground, such as running or jumping and even some things like skating. To anyone on the ground, the user would appear as if they were walking sideways onto a wall.
    • The gravity shifts are performed automatically, and in some cases can be programmed to change in certain other situations.
    Limitations:
    • The gravity field is adjusted to provide only the force necessary to provide full movement, making flying or levitating with the suit impossible as it only changes the gravity reference frame.
    • The suit has a weight limit, like Dash Tech. Anything over 200 lbs will be too much for the suit and it will not be able to function.
      • The suit also limits what chest accessories can be placed onto it; with the suit on you can only have one body tech such as dash tech or a Lynx apparatus. In addition, the user cannot have any armor heavier than light armor.
    • The suit has a battery time of about 3 hours on walls, or 1 hour on ceilings.
    Conditional Limitations:
    • EMP: The suit has a thin cerulium foil layer of EMP protection. If the EMP shielding is pierced at all, any EMPs will temporarily disable the suit for 3 turns. Users encountering EMPs in combat situations while using Gravsuits are advised to carry backup climbing equipment.
How does it work: Gravsuits typically have a flexible polymer battery that powers multiple flexible pads throughout the suit that use gravity reference shifting technology to rapidly switch the direction of gravitational force of the user, with a computer and sensors detecting changes in the user's orientation. Variations may exist of the suit that don't use conventional technology.

Flavor text: A lithe figure was gracefully skating up the leg of a massive creature, covered in plating of bone as it laid wreck to the landscape below. They skated across the creature's body as if gravity were of no concern to them, laying explosives in various kinks in its armor until they finally rode to the ground. Seconds later, explosions erupted from the monster, felling it as the ground quaked.

Hi. I am going to begin grading this today.

If I reverse my gravity reference frame while standing outdoors to be upside down, will I eventually jettison myself into space?

No. It doesn't provide any actual thrust.

Alright. Last question I have is just where the battery is typically located on the suit. Back, chest, elsewhere? Also, how large is said battery usually? This is just to give some idea of how large and visible a target it would be.

Battery location depends. Usually the back. As for size, probably like 6"x12".
