Name: ZPEM "Lynx" Apparatus, ZLA, just "Lynx."

    Description:
A modular device that can be worn and used in the form of gauntlets, boots, a harness/vest, and even a mask if someone wants to get crazy with the device. Typically, the appearance is just a set of metallic gauntlets with a sort of lens in the palm, a harness/vest with a chest and maybe even stomach and back plate- also with lenses, and boots, again with lenses on them. The gauntlets specifically would have a row of four odd, small "bracket" shaped devices latched onto them, with small circular plates tipping each end.

    Abilities:
Capable of reeling in objects up to 200 lbs, with varying speed based on weight of course. At 200 lbs, this would translate to about 15 miles per hour.

Limitations: Prone to EMPs, causing the device to outright break and either require repair or replacement. The bracket-shaped "links" themselves are also EMP prone and quite fragile, anybody able to knock their fist against one a time or two to break it. Cannot pull objects over 200 lbs. Cannot pull over 50 feet away. Can only pull things in a straight line unless the surface is sloped adequately (will not go around obstacles, but will attempt to go through them.) Cannot pull things toward links that are completely enclosed. Links may only be launched around 30 feet forward from the user, dropping off quickly after.

Conditional Limitations: Being unprepared for sudden movement may result in strained or even dislocated limbs in the worst cases.

How Does It Work: The apparatus is a full, but modular setup that utilizes a small quantum computing device and ZPEM technology. Using a pneumatic propulsion system within the gauntlet itself, it launches "links", the small bracket shaped devices latched onto each one. The links, on launch are activated mid-flight by the same hand gesture that triggers their launch, which like all other gesture functions are programmed manually, before sticking to the surface they were launched at using a mix of suction and adhesives to firmly stick it in place, and magnets for metallic surfaces, all at the circular plates at each end of the link. This activation essentially flags the bracket to be clung to by the ZPEM gauntlet it was launched from using the onboard quantum computing device. Upon using another programmed gesture, the user of the device is able to pull themselves to the link they stuck to whatever surface, the device even able to maintain a connection to it past obstacles provided it isn't completely closed off. Provided two links are also out and flagged, using another programmed gesture, a user is able to pull two separate objects together, and objects to walls stuck with links provided the object is also stuck with one. The total weight of both objects however, cannot exceed 200 pounds. It should be noted as well that while the apparatus may include parts that cover most limbs, it is again quite modular and able to be used down to a single gauntlet and harness (which contains the small quantum computer).

Flavor Text: It's basically a grapple with some more versatility and niche uses, no cable, and EMP vulnerability. Its creation is likely going to be commissioned by Horizon.

Referenced Technologies: A combination of quantum computers/comms and ZPEM technology.

Attainability: [Semi-Closed], purchasable from certain companies.

I don't see much of an issue. Slapping down an initial pass.
