Its contents show it's very clearly a bounty notice. // WANTED Two individuals who harmed both a Major of the Dominion and intended to harm a Royal Quiche. On 26 Safar 2745, at Calgo, protected and sovereign territory of the Islamic Caliphate, a Major of the Dominon and an esteemed double of Zel'nara, first wife of the Khalifa, were attacked by two individuals at Vokwell's, a popular spot for both locals and foreigners alike. The Major suffered severe burns, while the double tragically lost her life, may her soul rest in Jannah, and may the family of the Caliph enjoy good fortune and good health, inshallah. Both of the attackers managed to flee the scene. One is identified as Gaz, the other is currently unidentified and without an attached name. Both of these men are guilty of high offenses in both the Dominion and the Caliphate, attacking a military official and intending to harm a member of the royal dynasty. A bounty is currently set at 150,000 riyals, 900,000 pixels converted, per attacker brought alive to either the Caliphate or the Dominion, as well as 100,000 riyals, or 600,000 pixels per attacker brought dead and identified clearly. A qarin will be awarded to one who can bring both attackers in alive. Anyone known to help or aid either of these men after this document is released, and reported to the Ministry of Islamic Justice with feasible and justified evidence, will have a bounty of 20,000 riyals, 120,000 pixels, attached to their name for aiding enemies of the faith. The second attacker not identified yet is also wanted by New Basran officials, and an additional reward will be given by esteemed Emir Ahsanullah Yusuf al-Saqqaf upon his capture, dead or alive. Photos will be attached of both men below from both previously existing photographs and video footage from Vokwell's security cameras. Both of their current last known locations are Calgo, though they may have traveled. Both are also armed, and will be dangerous in a fight. Gaz is a known Qarin bearer, abusing the graciousness of the Khalifa, and so precautions should be taken. If either is recovered, contact the Ministry of Islamic Justice immediately and follow further instructions.
