The weight of the claws themselves make moving your wrists and forearms more difficult, making bulking up your upper body a necessity. When extending (and retracting) the claws, one will experience extreme pain that is only slightly nullified by the buildup of scar tissue over time and numerous uses; the user must also be medically attended to immediately after use to seal the wounds the claws created between the knuckles. Metal detectors are an absolute no-no, so on-planet airports have to be generally avoided. Conditional Limitations (Optional): Cannot be used like common knives; cutting steaks with them is possible, but impractical and painful. If the patient lacks the ability to have muscles and tendons manipulated for the claws, then prosthetic ones can be inserted and connected to nerves in the wrist.
