    Name: "Solarwolves" - Stella lupus

Description: From a purely biological stand point Solarwolves are almost identical to the Novakid, having a similarly functional metal brand as a central nucleus holding their bodies (composed entirely of plasma, gases and energy) together, located in the creatures head that can be in any range of shape seemingly at random, however ascetically and from an evolutionary standpoint the body of the Solarwolf (singular) is vastly different from their Novakid counterparts. Unlike Novakid Solarwolves are quadrupedal and their bodies are physically streamlined designed for running at high speeds on large four toed paws similar to those of a predatory mammal such as a canine. The similarities to canines don't end there as the basic shape of the Solarwolves resembles that of a wolf or dog with a brand instead of a eyes, a nose or a mouth. In another similarity to the Novakid, Solarwolves can come in a range of bright glowing colors dependent on their age, breeding, and even diet, this can alternation from red to green to violet and most other colors on the spectrum.

Behavior: Solarwolves are renowned for being very sociable creatures and will usually be found in large packs consisting mainly of one or two primary colors as the members are usually related and have similar diets. Although it has been recorded that Solarwolves are very accepting to new members of their pack, and will openly allow lone wolves or lost pups to join them as they seem to have perfunctory "pity," When domesticated this inherit loyalty becomes equally apparent as Solarwolves will fight and even die for their owner or by extension their pack when in the wild. However this loyal attitude only extends so far, when a rival pack or larger predator threatens the Solarwolves it becomes very difficult to stop them attempting to destroy it, if only at the risk of their own lives and not at the risk of their fellow pack members, a weaker pack member being endangered or harmed will almost always invoke this response. When not hunting or in danger of any kind a Solarwolf will usually be playful and social, always looking for ways to entertain either themselves or their pack members. Packs have been seen playing games such as brief races or play fights to pass the time and have even proven quite mischievous when they have nothing else to do, playful tripping one another or getting into impromptu wrestling matches, this is noted when attempts are made to domesticate a Solarwolf as very occasionally the creature will tackle its owner to the ground out of boredom, this is why a pet Solarwolf is not suggested to someone who is physically disabled from risk of the creature accidentally harming them without it knowing.

Tamability: Solarwolves are quite easily tamed and trained as they are sociable and mildly intelligent creatures, however if they are taken away from their pack in the wild they will almost always stay loyal to that pack. Breeding in captivity is suggested if the creature was going to be domesticated as they will view their owner as a fellow pack member.

Where is it found?: Having evolved in similar circumstances wild Solarwolves will almost always be found on Novakid home-worlds living alongside them and are frequently domesticated by them for herding live stock or hunting.

Rarity: Solarwolves are quite common on underpopulated Novakid planets.

Diet/Method of gaining nutrients and energy: Solarwolves feed primarily by pushing substances rich in calories against their shell membrane and dissolving it into their membrane, In this sense a Solarwolf can eat just about anything. The body fats of animals, sugar, coal, tar, or any other substances with large amounts of energy in it are preferable. However they seem to enjoy killing animals for sustenance above scavenging for rocks.

Products?: None of any major value.

Reproduction: Solarwolf reproduction is almost identical to that of the Novakid, and would probably be classified as sexual (Simply put, it consists of one Solarwolf implanting a significant sample of their membrane into the other).

Size: The average Solarwolf adult is 80-85 centimeters tall and 1-1.6 meters long.

Weight: An adult Solarwolf weighs 10-25 kg as they mainly consist of gas.

Lifespan: Solarwolves usually live for 75-150 years.

    Abilities:

-Unsurprising fast reaching top speeds of 36 to 38 miles per hour.

-Each digit of their paws are equipped with an inward hooking claw consisting of especially hardened membrane.

-Very sensitive to energy, the brand can interpret incoming light, allowing the Solarwolf to see at a great distance then a Novakid, whilst also being very sensitive to vibrations, allowing the Solarwolf to hear at great distances as well.

-Solarwolves can vibrate their cytoplasm very quickly letting off a loud "Howl"

    Flaws:

-Very vulnerable to attacks considering their instantly trusting nature.

-Quite, comparatively weak, considering they lack any muscle tissue whatsoever.

-Prolonged social deprivation can lead to damaging of the brand and even overcharging similar to a Novakid.

-The fact that they often risk their life for their owner or pack can lead to them becoming careless about their own safety and putting themselves in overly dangerous situations at an almost suicidal frequency.

-Solarwolves will overcharge/supernova in a similar manner to Novakid upon death.

-Play fights can occasionally result in injury.
