Name: - Sand Fish - Piscis arenam

Description: A gray/beige flat fish like creature with an orange fin. The older they get the more whiskers they have on and around their chin area. Their stomach can be lighter than the rest of their bodies and they have small dark grayish-orange eyes. They have 4 thin legs that they use to travel beneath and ,sometimes, on top of the sand.

Behavior: They sometimes travel alone but mainly travel in large schools beneath and above the sand in deserts. Schools reaching in the hundreds sometimes. They usually travel by walking above the sand when it is sunset or sunrise and go about 20 Miles per hour (32.1869 Kilometers per hour). They can sometimes be seen popping their heads out above the sand and having some sand poor out of their mouths. Natural prey to the Sand Whale.

Tamability: Some desert dwellers and beach dwellers keep them as pets around their homes but are kind of rare outside of sandy areas. One would probably need a sand tank or sand box to keep one around.

Rarity: Pretty common in sandy areas.

Diet/Method of gaining nutrients and energy: Omnivore, they prefer to eat any plant life they can find but they have been seen eating smaller creatures and even their own kind.

Products?: Their meat tastes naturally seasoned but you have to clean it from sand pretty well.

Reproduction: Sexually. Very similar to earth carp reproduction.

Size: About the size of a Basset Hound.

Weight: About the weight of a Basset Hound.

    Lifespan: 20 years.

Abilities: The ability to dig and travel through the sand with ease.

Flaws: Can be lured easy by shiny things, bait, etc.
