Even after they did break his knees, the troubles did not stop. Ori Blames Xander- at least indirectly- for the majority of their current struggles. -The Guanciale Family: Their direct intervention managed to delay the capture of Xander, and at the time of posting their hold the love of his life captive, having turned himself in to spare Ori their wrath. This causes them to appear tired, lethargic, depressed, and apathetic the majority of the time. They tend to be uncaring about most things, holding few opinions about things not relating to the here and now. However, it is in high-stress situations where Ori truly shines, their body finally producing enough chemicals to allow them to feel. This has led Ori to seek out dangerous situations, where they may hurt others, or be hurt themselves. In an effort to protect their SO, Yew has turned himself over to the hands of the Guanciales, leaving Ori alone in a pit of worry on a Nivean Beach. Backstory: Created as an illegal "clone pyramid scheme", Ori- like their 'siblings'- lack a fully functioning endocrine system. One of an unknown number of Maroon clones, Ori- thinking they were one of a kind- left their ailing father to go find a job in the fringe. They landed a job in Panopticon Solutions LLC, where they found an outlet for their violent and masochistic tendencies, as well as a well-paying job.
