Name: Medical Arm 'N "Operating" System, or MANOS for short.

Description: MANOS is a specifically engineered cybernetic arm replacement designed for the purpose of preventing death, either to the person it is attached to, or someone nearby. MANOS is two seperate systems, working together to save lives. Firstly, MANOS is the limb itself, which has been outfitted with medical grade tweezers for removing bullets, a blunt tipped syrette filled with a medical gel designed to help blood clot faster, and two specially designed plates on the palm, which are attached to a seperate power storage than the rest of the arm. These plates are designed to perform a similar function to an AED, where one plate will become positively charged, and the other negatively charged, to create electric flow through the body that they are applied to, in efforts to restart the heart. The second half of MANOS is an AI that was designed to carry out these functions, in the case that the person the arm is attached to is in serious need of medical attention. The MANOS AI is designed to operate similarly to an Autodoc, in this sense. Physically, MANOS looks like a standard cybernetic limb, with the exception that there are slots on the forearm for the syrette and tweezers to come out of, and it the arm says "MANOS" in large red letters down the forearm.

    Abilities:
    • In the event of physical injury that results in an open wound, MANOS can apply a clotting gel, which will help stop bleeding faster
    • In the event of physical injury via gunshot wound, MANOS can remove the bullet, then apply the clotting gel afterwords.
    • In the event of heart stoppage, MANOS will remove any obstructions between the hand and the chest, lock the hand to the chest, and charge up an AED shock. The MANOS will sense that the person it is attached to no longer has a pulse, which automatically triggers this response.

    Limitations:
    • Due to the extra equipment in the arm, the prosthetic will be on the heavier end of the spectrum, thus making it a bit slower and less nimble than a non-MANOS prosthetic.
    • The battery for the MANOS AED is seperate from the rest of the system, and as such adds to the weight of the arm, without increasing it's time between charges.
    • MANOS is unable to sew wounds shut, only aid in clotting the wounds.
    • The MANOS AED is only as effective as a standard AED (around 80%)
    • The MANOS AED will not discharge if it senses a pulse coming from the person it is placed against.
    • MANOS requires the user to be still to use on oneself, laying down is the optimal position.
    • MANOS cannot do an AED shock through armor, as it needs to be able to rip a hole through clothing to reach the chest.

How does it work: The MANOS AI is a standard autodoc ai, which has been modified to utilize the MANOS's attachments. The MANOS can remove bullets via utilizing the built in tweezers, which are stored within the forearm. The Syrette of clotting gel is also stored in the forearm, while the extra battery for the AED is stored in the upper arm. The clotting gel works by sealing up the hole in the vein. the AED works by placing the palm of the hand against the lifeless person, after which MANOS will begin charging up an AED shock, which may or may not restart the heart. In the event that the person the MANOS is attached to is the lifeless one, MANOS will detect the lack of a pulse, use the hand of the prosthetic to rip through the wearer's clothing, and place the hand against the chest. The positively charged and negatively charged plate (just like with an AED), will then charge up, and then release the AED shock, potentially restarting the heart.

Well-balanced enough and a clever use of autodoc technology! Passed, awaiting seconding.
