After thorough study of the migration patterns of the native Cumula Zephyr of Haven, the Gaia University has confirmed their stop-off over the skies of the Capital District for this season.
Although there was great speculation around the city this year about whether or not the famed Zephyrs of Haven would be making a stop through the Capital District for their yearly migration across the continent of Caelum Major, it has finally been confirmed by the Gaia University that the Zephyrs shall indeed be stopping by for a handful of days on their long journey across the continent, one of the last stopping-off points before they make a long and arduous journey across the Shimane Ocean and to the mainland of Caelum Minor.

One of the lead biologists on the team that studies the movements of these fascinating creatures- postgraduate student Lee Jackson, had this to say on the matter of this particularly late-season trip, which is usually expected to pass over the skies of the Capital in mid-late August:
A big thanks as always to our friends at the Gaia University for putting in the time and effort to study these fascinating miracles of nature here on our beautiful home. If you plan to make a trip from any of the outlying areas of the Capital District, or from any neighboring Districts, to see the Zephyrs, make sure you get on the road tonight! The traffic on the day of for the Festivals is always very hectic, and the cost of taking a teleporter on-world is always very inflated at times like this due to the large amount of people flooding through the local network, particularly from off-world.
