    Name: Gaunt
Description: A black liquid inside of a small tube that can be loaded in to most auto-injecting devices

Abilities: Slowing down ones perception of reality to allow for an increased reaction time, reducing the body's self inhibition of muscle use to go above and beyond the subjects former strength, and increased perception and attention to details.

Conditional Abilities (Optional): Some may experience enhanced abilities to see in darker situations, this being a rare side-effect. Due to the eyes increased sensitivity to light, this means that things like flashbangs can have an even greater blinding effect. Anything that could cause a sort of permanent blindness on a lesser scale will also be increased.

Limitations: In the moment of use, the limitations are not present. However after the rather short term effects wear off, the subjects will experience blindness, extreme fatigue, and a loss of coordination.

Conditional Limitations (Optional): MUSCLE TEARING. Muscles will tear when pushed beyond their usual limits and conditioned abilities. Tear will not occur if the muscles are not used in such a way that would actually push them to abnormal capacities, though this is seldom the case when this is used. Effects such as extreme fatigue and blindness can become permanent either through extended use, a bad batch, or simply a poor reaction to the drug.
Those who use the drug frequently will begin to notice the veins in their limbs turning black. This is not fatal, however it looks pretty icky. The more that this is used and abused without much rest between the active doses the blackening will trail further up, and eventually start to crawl up the neck and face.

How does it work: The drug affects the adrenal glands to force them to function in tandem with the drugs abilities, as well as stimulating the brain to produce the different sensory abilities such as increased perception and reaction time. The effects only last a total of twenty seconds. Once the twent seconds are up, the subject will experience the limitations of blindness, loss of coordination, and fatigue for approximately 60 seconds. A second dose can be applied to counteract this, however the effects after will result in 90-120 seconds of negative effects, and at a much greater capacity. A third dose will result in an instant KO, and likely death. It is possible to avoid dying by going to the hospital immediately, and by that I mean being dragged to one. A fourth dose, so help your soul, means you are just done. dead. D.E.D. Dead.

Flavor text: The drug was made in a bunker in the desert by a man looking for every advantage he could get in the field. Unfortunately the next in the bloodline is not quite as chemistry adept and could not further improve the reliability of the drug. Hasnt stopped it from being used or sold.

Attainability: Open (preferably obtained from its source)

Hey @The Risky Biscuit, I'll be looking at your app today

First off, can you give a more concrete amount of time for how long a usual dose of this drug cocktail will last?

Also, a suggested conditional limitation to this from me might be adding that the effectiveness of deterrents like flashbangs or other tools that have to do with affecting one's visual acuity would probably be increased, as allowing for greater perception of visual detail/low-light visibility implies that the eye is probably left in a constant state of greater dilation to pick up larger amounts of light, so anything that uses brightness to assault a person's vision would have an even greater effect, and in the case of something like a white phosphorous flash, could cause permanent retinal damage.

    Pending.

I would say that it lasts roughly 20 seconds with the negative effects after the fact being three to four times the length.
I hadn't mentioned the effectiveness of flashbangs since it uses light and sound and ones ability to hear and see is improved. Common sense I figured, my bad. And of course, with any blinding lights or flashes that can damage the eyes, these things are more effective in doing so while under the brief effects of gaunt.
