Name: Flashcell, Flashbulb, Blitzbulb Description: A honeycomb-like set of lights, about a half inch wide on all sides, and usually attached or implanted in cybernetics, the front of riot vehicles, or ballistic shields. They have a good amount of reflective material inside of each hex, along with a cell wired into said shield. This includes a traditional flashbang mix. Abilities: Flash- Users can flash people in front of them, expelling five flashcells for half of the effect of a traditional flashbang's blinding effect. Ten cells can be used for the full effect. In contrast, one cell can be activated for a quick flash, only really stunning for a second. Timed Flash- Users can set the flash to go off in succession, in five, ten, or fifteen second intervals. Conditional Abilities (Optional): EMP Shielding- Flashcells can be shielded from EMP, as long as the cybernetic, shield, or vehicle is aswell. Limitations: Limited Ammo- Flashcells can be reloaded, but the the objects much be ejected and reloaded one by one. A Flashcell array on a Cybernetic is limited to ten. On a shield, thirty can be placed; On a vehicle, one hundred or more can be placed of separate plates. Sunglasses- Especially ineffective against members of the Glasses Gang, one cell flashes will not effect people in sunglasses, five cells will be half as effective, and ten cells will be unaffected. How does it work: Using a traditional mix of magnesium, aluminum, and a oxidizer, a bright flash is produced in a cone. Pretty basic stuff.
