    Name: Cumula Zephyrs

Description: Zephyrs are a special type of phase matter creature that is found in denser atmospheres typically in the stratosphere layer of an atmosphere, or within the top layer of a gas giant's atmosphere. They generally appear as clouds, moving throughout the air at will and shifting their loose form about, different types having different abilities and often depending on the climate of their home. They are essentially phase matter material bound to condensing vapor in the sky to give a cloud-like appearance, of course with differing color depending on the planet.

Cumula Zephyrs in particular are the most common, and also the safest, type. Ranging from the size of a head with cute glowing blue eyes to the size of a house, they are generally peaceful creatures that have no special ability other than being able to blow out gusts of wind to knock people down.

Behavior: Cumula Zephyrs will drift across the low to mid atmosphere, usually in packs of three to six other Zephyrs, generally peaceful unless provoked, in which case they will blow gusts of wind and use their quick speed to fly away.

Tamability: Smaller Cumula Zephyrs can be kept as pets if domesticated through affection and of course food, or simply humid and fresh air. They are generally docile creatures, which makes the process easier, though they are rare and difficult to catch.

Where is it found?: Atmospheres of some planets and gas giants.

    Rarity
    : Uncommon

Diet/Method of gaining nutrients and energy: Zephyrs feed off of what they are made of; water vapor. They gain energy from water vapor by processing it with their phase matter to take the bond energy from the water molecules, splitting them into hydrogen, oxygen, and sometimes ozone. Zephyrs contribute positively to the atmosphere of their environment, helping to replenish damaged ozone layers as well as cycling hydrogen for water and replenishing oxygen.

Products?: Phase Matter, air, water vapor

Reproduction: When two Zephyrs are ready to mate, they will come together in an area that has a high barometric pressure, usually even in the middle of storms or after them, and clump together some of their phase matter which absorbs the high humidity and creates another small Zephyr.

    Size
: Tends to vary a lot. Most are not bigger than a house.

Weight: Same as above, it depends.

Lifespan: Believed to live at a maximum of 800 years, growing larger gradually throughout their life. Popular novakid pet.

    Abilities:
    • Decent speed, easily carried by the wind.
    • Can create strong gusts of wind by expanding itself and then blowing out.
    Flaws:
    • Natural flaws of phase matter
