Cerise would indeed lose a lot of combat abilities, especially as far as gunplay goes when she is cloned. These can be re-learned naturally through practice. For 3 months she's going to feel very lethargic, and generally burn fuel faster, but less efficiently. This will result in an increased appetite. During this time frame she'll also need to have her brand inspected for abnormalities or damages by a medical professional familiar with Novakid physiology. This is typical cloning procedure as it is just to make sure the body and brand are working well together.
