Abilities: When inhaled, the gas causes those affected to suddenly become, well, evil? The drug works in a way that dampens inhibitors and amplifies malicious intent - often causing momentary bouts of extreme “villainy” This also has the effect of making people very violent due to the lack of inhibitors and every thought becoming EVIL - the extent of this violence only goes so far, there is less inclination to attack loved ones than there is to attack others (but the temptation is still there). Effects take around ten seconds to fully kick in and last for around fifteen to twenty minutes. The symptoms slowly fade after that time and the person will be left with a hazy memory of the events. Limitations: Side effects Unusual tics may develop, including but not limited to: twirling an (imaginary) moustache; randomly laughing maniacally; and if Ocular Autohemorrhaging is installed, it may randomly go off. After the time under the effects, it takes around a minute for the symptoms to fully wear off - but the evil is gone after the 15-20 minutes. Stereotypical villainous behaviour is a very common reaction to the drug, but other peculiar tics can develop for the duration instead (but keep them just as silly.) So the moustache twirling and evil laughter aren't mandatory - but the strange tics are.
