The server's population depends on the time of day. Evening (central time) is when people get on, moreso during the weekends.

Yeah we've had our active playerbase shift times from early afternoons to late afternoon - evening times. I wouldn't mind looking into the situation to see if there's stuff we can do to revive the earlier times to benefit people in other timezones or with other schedules.
