Name: Treants Description: Treants are animated trees made of bark, vine, leaves, and more; they are grown naturally in their environment and can take the appearance of pretty much any tree at many sizes, some being as small as a saplings while some being as massive as an oak. They are found around the galaxy in various places such as Floran planets or other forests that have them.. They are composed of a pseudo-floral cellular structure similar to Florans, only having bark and more rigid movements. Behavior: Treants also vary in behavior, some being benevolent or neutral while some holding animosity and naturally attacking anything it sees. Tamability: Same as above, it tends to vary, though growing a Treant yourself would most likely cause it to be tame. Where is it found?: Places where trees are. Rarity: A faily uncommon sight, sometimes even being overlooked since many are slow and resemble actual trees. Diet/Method of gaining nutrients and energy: Photosynthesis for most of them; some of the most dangerous ones, and Treants found in darker places such as the Undercrypt, are more related to Florans in that they metabolize organic matter through their mouths, simple digestive systems mechanically crushing the food as simple enzymes work to break them down and transfer it across the entire tree for nutrients and energy. Products?: Their wood a lot of times may be stronger than normal wood, and some may also have unique seeds that can grow more Treants. Reproduction: Can vary; some sexually spread pollen and plant seeds that grow into Treants similar to normal trees, while some do so asexually. Size: Varies Weight: Varies Lifespan: Most of the time pretty long, like actual trees. Abilities: Fairly sturdy Can sometimes appear hidden in actual trees Many have sharp wooden teeth, claws, or more unique natural weapons such as even poison or animals that inhabit them.
