Abilities: Advanced trackers can track even without a tachyonic connection using quantum communications, though is less accurate in its tracking. Basic radio trackers can only operate within range of a tachyonic relay. Advanced trackers can estimate movement using advanced accelerometers, even when out of range of any tachyonic relays. Basic trackers can be very small, even less than the size of a penny. Limitations: All the limitations of quantum communications, if it is an advanced tracker. Due to the strict communication between two devices, tracking data is often sent to a central server that can potentially be hacked. Basic trackers cannot track when out of radio range of a tachyonic relay. Advanced trackers are larger, approximately the volume of a baseball due to their intricate technology, making them unreliable for stealth placement on a person. Advanced trackers are very expensive, ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 Px. Advanced trackers, when out of range of tachyonic comms, cannot triangulate accurately and use an accelerometer instead. Compared to fairly accurate tracking, the accuracy is reduced to a range of 10 Ly. How does it work?: Advanced trackers make use of a quantum-paired system to communicate with a central server, while basic trackers simply contain a small radio transmitter chip that can send digital radio data to tachyonic relays in order to triangulate its position. Other than their basic ability to track something through space, trackers can have other technology such as vitals tracking or tech that allows them to stick to something.
