She's part one of the older tribes on the planet, and was raised by the Greenfinger of the tribe, Riina. Riina and Tira lived in an old, and what Tira thought was a non-functioning space ship that had either crashed or just abandoned old Floran space craft that their tribe lived around. She grew up to be a hunter, and a defender of their village. She's completed her first ceremonial hunt showing that she's more than just a seedling, and is flowering. But she's still done plenty of hunts for the village and defended the village from other tribes, and other hostile creatures on the planet. She also found herself collecting shiny stones, purple and glowing, and was told by Riina to put them in a special spot in their home.. what turns out to be the fuel tank. One day, she was doing just that while the Greenfinger was out of their home, she found a terminal that was hidden behind the foliage aboard the ship, and moved it away.. revealing what's known as a SAIL unit, and started to curiously press buttons. The ship started then, and started flight procedures to the last entered coordinates, sending Tina away from her village, away from those she knew, and off towards a strange new part of the galaxy - and into orbit around a planet housing the city known as Haven.
