Name: The Whole Pounder Description: A bean-stalk like plant that grows a burger that weighs an entire pound on it. It includes cheese (cheddar) and buns, the top one having sesame seeds. Tamability: Can be grown at home, however due to the shockwave this is not advised. Where is it found?: Anywhere people choose to plant their seeds. This is a product of Gaia University's botany wing. For some reason, someone thought it would be fun to genemod a plant into making burgers. Rarity: Not common. Yet. Diet/Method of gaining nutrients and energy: Photosynthesis and nutrients from soil. Products: Burgers that are a whole pound. Potentially inner ear damage and tinnitus. Reproduction: Spread of the "sesame" seeds after pollination from the bun getting blown around by wind and other processes, then growing in the soil they land in. Size: About 5 inches wide and about an inch thick. Weight: One pound. Lifespan: A Whole Pounder plant can live for hundreds of years when properly maintained, however, the Whole Pounder's "fruit" can only remain on the stalk for a few days before falling off, at which point it must be grilled before it begins to rot. Eating an undercooked Whole Pounder can bring about disease, and so it is recommended to cook them to medium. Abilities: When a Whole Pounder is fully grown to precisely one pound, a loud shockwave sounds out that can be heard for miles as the air pressure from the space the Whole Pounder is newly taking up is pushed outward with explosive force. While this is physically harmless, it may damage the hearing of those close to it, or at the very least cause a ringing sensation in their ears. Flaws: It's a stupid invention and can cause hearing damage.
