There you can post good ideas (and do some of them instead of flapping tongue) about our huge lore, it's managment, and explanation for new citizens . Write here what you want to do to Galaxy citizen, and how to attract more people into online from singleplayer from steam and etc. etc.
I think they're referencing here.. not sure but I'll post my idea anyway. But the folklore thing is a cool idea, where people can post their own ghost stories and fables about systems, planets and other areas.
