SOLUS Industries is now hiring prospective individuals into certain positions. We have begun a restructuring of our corporate hierarchy, and one facet of this includes the division of our corporation into regional offices and sectors for better and more efficient management. We are looking for a variety of individuals to join our team, as well as individuals to become a regional manager for SOLUS. As regional manager, you have power over your own branch; you have the ability to expand and look towards new horizons. Here are the following positions we are looking to hire for, as well as their individual salaries:
CTO (chief technical officer): [300,000 Px] The CTO manages SOLUS’ engineering and R&D branches, handling all technical issues of SOLUS through working with engineers and scientists.
Regional Manager: [160,000 Px] A regional manager is the bread and butter of SOLUS - they have control over a regional office and its facilities such as mines, refineries, etc. They have the power to expand their corner of SOLUS and make other decisions, and works closely with corporate. As a regional manager, you will be assigned a variety of facilities on a planet or district to manage.

Freighter: [80,000 Px] A freighter handles the shipping of SOLUS goods; they are typically pilots and must be able to navigate across the entirety of the Fringe. Their secondary job is handling piracy and working with states to reduce piracy.
Salesperson: [80,000 Px + comission] A salesperson is an integral part of SOLUS, and one that requires little training; a salesperson simply goes to states, companies, and individuals, and sells SOLUS services and products. They receive a commission, incentivizing good work.
Scientist: [110,000 Px] A scientist works in SOLUS’ R&D department, researching and developing things useful for the company. They will typically also work in sites of scientific interest, such as the Garlen facility.
Engineer: [110,000 Px] Engineers work on SOLUS technology, building and repairing things such as refineries and nuclear reactors. They may also work closely with the R&D branch to produce new products. Engineers also work with consumers to repair their SOLUS products.
Miner: [70,000 Px] Miners (and also refinery workers) work in SOLUS mines or refineries; they are trained to operate powerful equipment such as mining lasers or mining mechs, and typically work under their regional manager - sometimes they are required to work elsewhere as well with the advantage of teleportation.

    And other miscellaneous positions.

SOLUS employees have numerous advantages; if you are a citizen of the Haven Federation, you will have access to an excellent healthcare package with plenty of vacation time. The SOLUS Corporation also works closely with the Gaia University of Haven to provide training for the nuclear sciences, nuclear engineering, and more for employees looking to train or retrain - completely free of charge.
