    SAMSARA
    [IMG]
Description: This endangered species of Zecyrian serpent has been hunted to near extinction over the centuries by the horrors of the Deepwood and over time, this has forced them to adapt to the cold and icy environments of the plains to survive. The Samsara are serpents that can grow up to two hundred meters long, covered in a thick layer of fur that protects it from the freezing elements and as a protected species under the Zecyrian Environmental Act, the Samsara is illegal to own or traffic, yet remains one of the most highly sought after exotic creatures from Zecyria. A beautiful and majestic serpent, the Samsara is thought to bring good fortune to those who spot them from the Zecyrian Walls, even more good fortune to those who own them. If born in captivity, Samsara will only grow as large as their enclosure.

Behaviour: Timid. Samsara are not known to show hostility to humanoids or anything semi-large that poses a threat to them. Preferring to flee rather than fight, the Samsara can be tamed and kept as pets, growing only as large as their enclosure allows. They will usually approach anything they are unsure off although with caution and because of this are considered friendly creatures. Due to their sensitive ears, Samsara will flee from loud noises after becoming frightened.

    Tamability: Tameable.

Where is it found?: Native to the underground caverns and Lowlands of Zecyria.

    Rarity: Rare.

Diet: Small mammals & large insects.

Products: Silky white fur. Large fangs.

Size: Up to two hundred meters in length.

Weight: Grams to tonnes. Varies on size.

    Lifespan: 300 years.

    Abilities:
    • Fur can resist the wet and provides acceptable levels of warmth.
    • Can see exceptionally well in both the day and night, although it prefers the night.
    • Can be kept as pets as they only grow as large as their enclosure.
    Flaws:
    • Timid and will flee from danger.
    • Sensitive ears.
    • Can catch alight easily.
    • Dull sense of smell.
