Name: RPB, 'Slammers' Description: A full metal jacket 5.56 projectile in a .50 caliber case, most of the gunpowder has been replaced with a tiny, rapidly accelerating rocket propulsion system. Abilities: Will pierce level IV kevlar and light metal plating. (Think Glitch) Has a muzzle velocity of 1500 m/s (4900 fps) Limitations: The rounds are extremely unstable and only have a 30% chance of hitting their target at ranges over 30 meters (~100 feet) (roll 1d10, 3 and less is a hit). 20 meters is 70%, 5 meters is 100%. The lack of gunpowder makes it impossible to use the rounds in a full- or semi-automatic weapon. The 5.56 projectile is small and relies on bleeding and incapacitating the target over killing it instantly. You need a .50 caliber rifle to fire 5.56 rounds. How terrible. Conditional Limitations (Optional): The rounds easily over-penetrate. How does it work: A tiny, unguided rocket is fit to the bottom of a 5.56 projectile and inserted into a .50 BMG case, with some gunpowder and plastic to fill the gaps. Once fired, the rocket activates from the gunpowder explosion and rapidly propels the round forward. Flavor text: 'Smartass' of the 'Gas Guzzlers' deadbeat tribe recently made this to fight the heavily armored 'Death Machines'. It received mixed reviews. Alright, let's begin. First off, the rounds would probably need to be made of something special so that they don't shatter and/or ricochet all over the place, especially when firing at an armored target. Could you add something to the Flavor Text or something to reflect this?
