(situational) Limitations: EMPs may render the weapon useless as it needs power to form the staff. Conditional limitations (optional): Needs higher levels of power for better functionality. How does it work: The staff of the spear consists of smaller and smaller cylinders as it extends downward. When the spear is closed the cylinders will stack on top of each other.
