A thick pipe of protective fabric also connects to a large backpack on the user's back that both powers the device and has a holding chamber to shrink and store phase matter organisms, while inducing a weak passive electric charge to sustain the phase matter organism; typically it also comes with a valve or other storage device so that the phase matter organisms can be freed or stored for whatever purpose, whether it be for study or for cool pets. The vacuum suction itself can take on a variety of different appearance, mostly having a glowing stream of some color when phase matter is actually being sucked in. Abilities: Sucks in any phase matter at a max distance of 10 meters; takes longer the further it is. The suction 'beam' is shaped like a thinner cone that can suck in multiple organisms at once. Storage is limited to the equivalent of 40 WSP (wispers) How does it work: The vacuum cleaner is a weak proton-field beam that works to suck in the floating electrons tangled with quasi-neutrinic matter, pulling the phase matter with it into the vacuum; then, the phase matter is stored within the backpack using a field of the same type to prevent the phase organism from phasing out by locking it in and packing it up.
