His parents are taking full advantage of the more lenient rules of the Grounded, by being in a poly-amorous marriage; two females, two males. Nexic has five other siblings, all older than he is. He and his family live on a Moon station close to Human dominant space. He had been on said station for a long as he can remember, not knowing too much about his home planet. He was told on his 18th birthday, that his parents (all four) were exiled from Avos due to their poly-amorous relationship coming to light. They believed he was old enough now to know why they had left. Funnily enough, on that same day, he was contacted by Avians on Avos. He was invited back to his home planet any time he wished, despite his parent’s “sins”. “One should not have to suffer for the sins of his or her kin.” as one Avian had put it.
