The Governor of the Rendera District of the Haven Federation, Antonio de Guanciale, is happy to announce the upcoming Carnevale Festival of Rendera as well as the opening of Rendera to the Greater Fringe Teleporter Network. Carnevale is known as a festival that precedes the Christian Lent before Easter. It is famous as a festival filled with games, contests, festivities, and most importantly, Carnevale Masks. (Above: A Carnevale Mask worn last year by Catia de Guanciale.) Carnevale begins on the 2nd of March, and ends on the 4th of March. It is open to anyone, and it is custom to wear a Carnevale Mask in public for the duration of the festivities. Throughout the festival’s durations, there will be games and contests that you can participate in to earn emblems, which are tokens you can exchange for prizes at the end of the festival! These prizes vary in terms of excellency, from a simple sticker to a vacation home on the beautiful coasts of Rendera! Here is a schedule for the events that will occur in Carnevale: ((Times are in Eastern Standard Time)) And the prizes: ((OOC now :^)) This event will take place on the new Rendera hub on the server. The hub will be revealed on the day of the event, and will permanently remain on the teleporter network as a new hub. @WowGain and I have been working hard for the past few months to get Rendera built, and now it's finally going on the server Saturday. Here are some masks you can make a hat out of. There’ll be masks available on the server during the event, but here’s some we made if you want to make your own. The event will be three days long, from 6:00 PM EST 3/2 to 3/4. If you need help making masks let me know.
