Name: Floran Combustion Pods ( Alfonsos Combustione ) Description: Floran Combustion Pods are small, round greenish-brown seed pods approximately 3 inches in length. Across the surface of the pod is a hard shell, with a single dividing line down the middle form which the spores of the plant are expected to be fired from. The spores of the pods resemble small green matches, around 1.5 inches long each. Abilities: - When thrown or shattered, combustion pods will disseminate their spores around the immediate impact zone. Their spores are incredibly flammable, and lighting them with a flame will cause them to combust rapidly into a firey explosion Conditional Abilities (Optional): - Single spores of the combustion pods can be used like an emergency match - Biokinetics are able to remotely shatter the pods, through they still need to introduce the spores to a flame if they desire an explosion Limitations: - Enough force needs to be applied to the combustion pods when thrown or else they will simply strike the floor harmlessly - Each seed pod is one use only Conditional Limitations (Optional): - If the pods are damp or wet, they will be unable to combust, simple as that - Wind blown towards the spores following their dispersal will dramatically decrease the intensity of the explosion as the spores. How does it work: . When subjected to impact sufficient enough to shatter the pod and release the spores within, they disperse in the immediate impact zone before travelling further. In the moments following the dispersal, if an open flame or spark is introduced to the spores, the poor-tasting and combustible chemical substance coating the spores will combust into an explosion of flame.
