Ingredients: 1 biscuit base (can be ready-made) 2 packets of żurek (sour rye soup) 2 packets of gelatin fix 2 bouillon cubes some pickles, can be vinegar pickles 1 anthurium flower Throw the bouillon cubes into a pot with 2 litres of water Put in the sour rye soup powder and mix Same with gelatin fix Cook until it's boiling well Put aside so it concentrates (should turn into a pudding-like substance) Cut the biscuit base so it fits into a springform Pour the gelatinous soup over the base and spread Stick in a few pickles Decorate with the flower
