Governor Antonio de Guanciale of the Rendera District of the Haven Federation, and the Cultural Events Committee are proud to announce to the greater Fringe that it is once again time for Carnevale in Rendera! A time for laughter, fun, food, and love. Bring your best masquerade costume- or pick one up while you're here enjoying all that Rendera has to offer. (Above: A Carnevale Mask worn last year by Catia de Guanciale.) Carnevale this year shall run from the 6th to the 8th of March. It is open to anyone, and it is custom to wear a Carnevale Mask in public for the duration of the festivities. Throughout the festival’s duration, there will be games and contests that you can participate in to earn emblems, which are tokens you can exchange for prizes at the end of the festival! These prizes vary in terms of excellency, from small trinkets to personal invitations to the luxurious villa estate of Cirillo de Guanciale for a private soiree. The Haven Guard of Rendera have requested that all visitors be reminded that it is within their best interests to avoid traveling the back alleys of Rendera, particularly at night, while alone at this time.
