It will have a larger energy output than a Gaseous Reactor, however will be larger and require more intensive caution Limitations: Larger and more dangerous to handle than a Gaseous Reactor unit How does it work: Gaseous Erchius is turned to a Thermal Plasma state in a different location, then safely transferred in canisters capable of handling and sustaining the higher energy substance to the reactor. It is then transferred to the reactor, and the unit begins to generate energy from the Erchius, just like any Gaseous reactor. The whole unit is simply modified to be able to sustain the higher-energy state of the Erchius in a Plasma form. The Erchius is contained with no second substance mixed in with it, and stays that way until delivery into the chamber. Because the Erchius will react upon contact, it is delivered in small enough sections to avoid using the whole supply in a single reaction. And damage to the container may result in your containment unit turning into a bomb. The instantaneous reaction is also why the reactor has no "spark plug" to assist. In a gaseous reactor, erchius vapors are combusted in a chamber much like a gasoline engine to turn a turbine to produce energy. However, because erchius is flammable in vapor, inducing an electric current to turn it into plasma would obviously cause it to combust instead of allowing it to be stored as plasma. ~ Pending ~
The difference is the lack of oxygen for a combustion reaction while turning it to plasma. The plasma Erchius is the only thing in the mix until it is introduced to the chamber, so the only viable thing for a reaction would be absolutely nothing, hence why the storage unit simply contains the mass of Erchius. Part of the reason more danger is prevalent in using such a reactor is any damage to the storage canister and you have just turned your fuel source into a bomb. If I can whip up a diagram and add it to the application, let me know. That should clarify the modification.
Similar reaction to the gaseous, although the generator does need as much assistance. The higher energy of the plasma state would cause the explosion on contact. Again, the whole thing is modified to handle such a high energy state of matter.
