Simple electronics, such as light bulbs, will only take a few seconds, but more complex items, such as keypads and turrets, takes anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes. Has to be pointed at the device that the user wishes to disable. Although it can disable computers, it cannot unlock one. Must be at a range of at least 5 meters, unless in an aegisalt case, which it requires touch contact. Low battery life, however, some have modified to take Avian power crystals, sacrificing more power for slower bypasses. A turret or keypad, etc. would take at least one battery to take down, while easier targets would only use a small amount of power to disable. Hard to acquire, as they are illegal in many places, due to their danger to synthetics and electronics, and ease of use to simply unlock an electronic lock quickly.
