//Loo could be seen standing at a small podium in front of a camera. There wasn’t any crowd or anything, it had a digital background with an Atlas logo in the top right corner. The video feed had a rather official feel to it, prefacing the serious subject that was to follow. Inhabitants of the Fringe, I’m here today to announce something important, that we within Atlas believe the entirety of the Fringe should hear; that those who have recently claimed to represent peace intend to do so by igniting the fires of anarchy with their terrorist actions. //He’d gesture to the screen behind him, an image of an FSF soldier popping up on the left, and their insignia to the right. Most powers within the Fringe are familiar with these terrorists at this point, If you’re not, they claim to be a “peace organization” that goes by the name, “Fringe Separatist Front”. You’ll notice that the FSF was seemingly introduced with no background, claiming they were going to bring peace to the Fringe and take out any “evil, freedom-stealing” organizations that don’t agree with their inane ways. They have had no qualms with Atlas prior to targeting us. They have never bothered to peacefully contact our fold, instead, they immediately resort to violence. If the FSF is after us, and if they are as peaceful as they claim, why put the lives of innocent civilians unaffiliated with any major power in the direct line of crossfire? //The screen behind him flashes into activity, displaying a video of a recent recording from Calypso’s security cameras. VIDEO #1 // The video contains Lane seemingly arguing with two FSF soldiers, then one of them suddenly uppercut him under the chin. Jay Skyborn could be seen in the background taking images of the scene. // END FEED. VIDEO #2 // This clip takes place above the stairs through security feed, an FSF member and a Shifter Apex identifiable as Tusk can be seen talking as the unidentified FSF member rolled a cherry bomb down the staircase. On a separate feed; Lost, a Novakid, can be seen at the bottom of Calypso’s stairs on the common base level above the bathrooms. A cherry bomb could then be seen rolling under his feet. He quickly turned around, successfully preventing it from exploding under him using a form of energy shield he possessed. // END FEED. //The Director began speaking again, the Atlas emblem fading into the foreground of the screen as an idle image. We’ve accrued more footage, but it will be revealed in due time. The FSF screams that we are the deniers of freedom but they fail to realize that our main goal in Atlas right now is to reclaim our homeland from the reigns of anarchy, the lawless chaos that these terrorists seem to yearn for. We intend to build a place for us, our employees and civilians alike, to live in tranquility and to rescue those who were wronged and abandoned by a past iteration of our empire on Olympus when it fell. We’re not taking away freedom, we’re offering it, renewing it. Our employees only listen to command as employees, as civilians, they are not bound to our order. We do not intrude in our employee’s personal lives. When they work for us, they are in turn given payment, a home, medical help, tools, facilities, ships and more still. The FSF tries hard to make it look purely like we’re stomping all over those who work for us, but they couldn’t be more wrong. We care about our employees and our employees know this well. //The screen in the background faded from the Atlas Insignia to display two images, the FSF soldier on the left and the FSF insignia on the right. Back to the discussion of the FSF; of their lies and inane propaganda, their twisting of words and missing context. Atlas wouldn’t do something like that, we don’t have the need to. We have plenty of additional evidence to present to the Fringe; to reveal the FSF’s true nature and allow others to openly question what their actual intentions are. I have spoken to a few FSF members, and they told me something I myself haven’t even realized until these soldiers mentioned it: You’ve never seen the leader of the FSF, you’ve never seen their face, or heard their voice. Even the FSF initiates have never seen or heard their own leader. They’ve only been directed by someone who sends the messages between leader and followers; or by a fake voice. Why is this? I understand a leader may need to hide their identity for their own safety… Yet isn’t this cowardly? The FSF sends their soldiers to do their dirty work; to put themselves into danger and to do their bidding, whatever it may be.. Meanwhile the leader sits comfortably behind a disguise, never fearing backlash nor consequences. A true leader should be at the forefront with their soldiers. They should be proud to stand with them and they should be there to help them in need; to be a figure they can look up to. Strangely, there is nobody there in the FSF, only a fake voice without a name. I know there are soldiers with potential in the FSF, soldiers that actually wish to do good, but they have been manipulated, dragged into something they were not anticipating. A few of the men I spoke to, I know they want to do good yet they cannot because their faceless leader says otherwise. //The Director took a deep breath, relaxing himself a little after speaking with his shoulders broad for a period of time. You’ll notice there’s nothing about the FSF interacting with the ICIF, the Caliphate is heavily known for their imperialistic values and their authoritarian rule regarding their citizens and tourists. Why is it that the FSF chooses to ignore them and other powers more established in the Fringe than ourselves? What if I told you, Fringe-goers, that the FSF, aside from their own hateful agenda, is working with other terrorists? //The screen behind Loo would show an image of a well known terrorist by the name of Zinaida, she had gained notoriety for doing much the same that the FSF was doing regarding bombings and terrorism for political gain. The woman you see behind me is named Zinaida. She’s well known for being an agent of the Caliphate. Her signature is often carried out in nerve gas and she’s also known for using terroristic methods of public influence on, well, just about anybody that isn’t the ICIF or herself. Zinaida is also friends with popular radio show host, Jay Skyborn. Jay can often be heard on the public radio, broadcasting news or playing music for anybody listening to her station. She has also sided with the FSF. Many of you I’m sure are familiar with the incident that occurred on the public radio recently regarding an Atlas member, Zinaida and Jay. We apologize for the actions of our Atlas member. It’s true he is currently on vacation, but he was attempting to work as an employee while on this break, and I was attempting to prevent him from doing so in order to protect him. Zinaida would’ve kidnapped him and quite possibly killed him. Apparently Zinaida and Jay were, in the beginning, setting this up from the start in order to try to get a reaction out of one of our employees, and to distort our words into something else that they could work off of to influence public opinion. //Zinaida and Jay’s voices would sound off over the broadcast as a recording played. Here we have Jay thanking Zinaida for helping her and her organization, the FSF. This conversation took place in the FSF’s private communications radio. So, if Zinaida is helping Jay and Jay is in the FSF and Zinaida is in the FSF’s communications radio, feelings of suspicion should be commonplace. What’s going on, you may ask? Zinaida is being used by the FSF for terrorist attacks; the thing she does best. //Some security footage would come up on the screen. A man in a black hoodie and bandana with white skin and possible blonde hair was seen walking through the bathroom door. After a few minutes he’d leave and soon after the camera would go out due to the explosion. Another camera’s nearby feed would be shown as the explosion caused it to flicker. Soon, dust and smoke blotted out the detail of the scene, the feed cut shortly. END FEED.// Recently Calypso was bombed by a mysterious, unidentifiable man.. Identifying him isn’t a concern though, since our suspects acted as an organization. //More audio would play, Zinaida’s voice again. Zinaida hired the bomber to set an explosive within Calypso’s bathrooms. While Zinaida herself is a terrorist, the reason she could not do this herself is because she cannot set foot on Calypso. She’s already attacked us enough to warrant instantaneous hostilities. //The final piece of audio would play, an ironic statement presenting incriminating evidence. The FSF in tandem with Zinaida, set this bombing up as a trap for Atlas. They wanted to appear victimized when we would inevitably blame them for what they did. Fringe-goers, this is our proof that the FSF is a terrorist organization. You heard it right in that audio recording within the FSF’s comms. In conclusion, the FSF is a terrorist organization working with other well-known terrorists to harm Atlas, and innocent civilians on Calypso. //There was a brief pause as the subject of the message changed slightly. It was no longer Loo speaking as the screen faded to black with just the Atlas insignia. Atlas would now like to issue a warning to all FSF members: if you are caught on Calypso, you will be given a warning to leave, should you choose to ignore the warning, you will be removed by potentially lethal force.
