Determined and usually confident in what he does. He's also Sharp minded, and tries to be understanding and respectful. Physical Appearance Physical Description: Usually likes to wear his scratched up fedora and his old, worn and torn jacket with visible holes. Tech and Augments used: Currently, none. Height: 6'2 Species: Human Race: White/Caucasian Gender: Male Backstory and More Backstory: Back in Civspace, Alex was a respected lawyer and private investigator. First, at the age of 26, he was a PI and was known for getting groundbreaking leads in homicide, theft, and other criminal cases, and solving them. This went on for 3 years, until his final case as a PI where his trusted partner messed with the case's crime scene and fabricated evidence to lead Alex into a trap. First, Alex got the wrong suspect and had his reputation forever ruined and his connections with almost all his friends he ever worked with. Then, his trusted partner met with him to discuss the incident and slipped lethal poison into his drink. The PI Alex was no more. As it turns out, Alex's once trusted partner got involved with a local mafia for his own greed as far as Alex will ever know. He was assigned by that mafia to poison Alex and pin it on the false suspect Alex found. However, Alex's Trusted partner weakened the dose of poison put in the drink so that Alex could survive. When Alex regained conciseness, he found himself far from his old colony. That was alright though, he never wanted to go back. He thought he was a bit lucky and almost wanted to thank his old partner for doing the running away for him. 2 years after the "Death" of Private Investigator Alex, he wanted to re-emerge with something in the law and start over. He thought that being a lawyer would let him contribute similar justice and good work to his new environment as his old job. So he went through all the hoops and rings necessary to get there, and at age 31, Defense Attorney Alex Karm was born. He mostly did criminal trials, where he defended the wrongfully accused and tried to justify and push for softer punishments for his truly guilty clients. He was again well respected and praised for breaking the usual lawyer norms, such as lawyers trying to get the truly guilty out of a trial by playing dirty to get a judge to lay down an innocent verdict. A good 3 years went by well for Alex. That was until he took a case, and noticed a certain letter addressed to a fellow lawyer co-woker under him, talking about the "Removal of Alex Karm for a wish to be granted"...he couldn't bear to read anymore. He hid the letter in the book on the shelf he found it in, just like the way it was before. Only thing that was different this time was that Alex Karm ran from this heart shattering incident on his own, before things could truly go to hell for him. Alex Karm eventually found his way out of Civspace and to the Fringe and now seeks to start over. As what though, he doesn't know. On-going Story: To be added. Maybe.
