Mir: Huh, Who/what would Mir dress up as for Halloween... Well, he could use his boxing outfit and dress up as Arbiter Blue, but he'd probably not go for that, because he's already done that for Boxing, so it wouldn't really be a halloween costume. He already dresses as an Admiral, a few minor modifications could make him look like a Pirate, but he probably wouldn't want to just dress like he always does, anyways. He considered dressing as Bepinski, last year, but that fell through... But, he *could* do that this year. So I guess he'd dress up as Bepinski.
