    Hi, I have a few inquiries as I have a ship not suited to long distance transport across the galaxy, is that something you do? Also, what protections do you have in place against pirates and do you compensate the client if their cargo is stolen or misplaced?

    1 - My ship is suitable for long-distance travel. But I do not carry passengers (maximum 1 or 2 people) or live loads (animals and sometimes some types of plants).

    2 - The speed of the ship depends on the amount of cargo it takes. A smaller load inside the double inner hangar allows better maneuverability. If you are using only one or half of one of the cargo hangars, it is possible to increase the capacity of the engines, achieving a higher gain of extra speed.

    3 - Now, the delicade question... Pirates and thieves are a frequent problem. And we've already had pseudo-client issues using lower-value charges to cause insurance fraud or to assault other freighters.

    In this case, the customer decides the destination point, but not the route. If it is a region with a high incidence of piracy and robbery, alternative routes, which are more time-consuming but more safely for transport, are made.

    If the client hired the transport of the high priority category, with extreme speed and safely to go through a dangerous sector, full of thiefs and pirates, it is made the temporary contracting of mercenaries and even support ships if necessary, making a safety convoy to protect the high valued cargo, with extreme priority and safely. Obviously, this type of contractual warranty covers the insurance of the cargo, in addition to being proportionally more expensive, due to the additional security measures.

    4 - The cargo is conditioned in containers, barrels or boxes of reinforced metal, and placed in the cargo hangar with reinforced and reinforced structure in the center of the ship. All cargo is checked several times at the time of loading, monitored during transportation and unloaded, conferred directly with the person responsible for receiving the cargo.

    If the cargo is damaged by the transport, due to technical problems during the transport (damage of the ship, accidents, etc. but nothing related to robberies and piracy) an analysis of the damage is done with to the client, and the value of the damage is removed of the value paid in contract.

    If the value of the damaged cargo to be transported is up to 300% the original contract value, the value is returned to the cliente.

    Some points to make clear:

    - In case of damage of a part of the load, the value is calculated by the damaged volume, taking into account the calculation of the total volume transported and the value of the contract. So if something is transported and a problem has occurred, and 25% of the load has been damaged, the compensation in relation to the contract is 25%.

    - It will also take into account the way the customer requested to be transported the load. If a client chooses for a certain type of container or receptacle that is very inappropriate for the transport of the desired type of cargo, because it is more cheap, the client will be notified and advised that it is possible to be transported for a lower price, but will not have compensations, due to being of responsibility of the cliente the appropriate choice of receptacle used to transport your products and materials.

    - External cargo hangars do not have contractual insurance. The reason for this is that they are designed for a huge volume of cargo, being cheaper, but carries more risks in transportation.

    - Special conditioned cargo, with extrict and detailed temperature control, or with conditioning by gas, non-Newtonian fluids, liquids (for example, food and materials immersed in special liquids for transport or to preserve) is made only in the internal double hangar. And it is the responsibility of the customer to detail the technical conditions for transportation, registered in contract. If any incorrect customer-side information is passed and cause damage to the load, no compensation will be made.

    - Transport of containers with jewelry, gold, silver, platinum and explosives only with well armed escort.

    - Transport of prisoners, only in hibernation pods, with armed escort inside the ship and escort ships. All documentation required for transportation is required, following the transportation and trade laws of the colonies involved at both point of origin and destination. No insurance is provided, because of the high risk of the transport.

    - Transportation of bodies (animals or plants taken from a site for scientific purposes, or bodies for burial or expert analysis of authorities, for example) is done only in the double air-conditioned hangar. All documentation required for transportation is required, following the transportation and trade laws of the colonies involved at both point of origin and destination.
