Note: I wrote in Rustle having a terminal cancer-like condition of cells both multiplying uncontrollably and decaying/dying too rapidly, with the area most affected being his lungs, but it has started to affect all throughout his body to varying degrees. Cloning him would probably accelerate problems despite GOC doing their best to mitigate effects during cloning, and I would request official mutations/problems to adjust for accordingly despite being first cloning.
@Odinsbeard Hey there, sorry for the wait on getting this looked at. For memory loss, Rustle will have issue recalling terms her doesn't often use for infantry tactics. As for your requested mutation, since the condition started in his lungs Rustle will develop an asthma-like condition. He'll break into fits of coughing fairly regularly, with it being bad enough that he will cough up blood at times. If this sounds good to you, he should be good to clone.
