Name: Wings, RedBull Description: Depending on the creator, "Wings" can look like many things, usually actually looking like a pair of wings on the user. Abilities: "Wings" can let the user fly, for a short time atleast. The user would also be able to use the "Wings" to glide if falling. The user could use the "Wings" as a weapon, being able to quickly expand them off there back Limitations: (Limitations here, use this for limitations that are always present or effect it a majority of the time) Users are very light. Users are very suceptable to beer, and drugs. The users are small, thin, and have a very fast metabolism, as using the wings uses a lot of energy from the user. The user would also have a hard time wearing most clothing, or at least shirts. The user could wear no chest armor of any kind, unless custom made. Conditional Limitations: The user would not be able to use the wings on a windy day. How does it work: Users themselves would have to be genetically modified from birth to grow up thin, and just small in general. The user must be under 70 pounds for the "Wings" to be able to function, or else they would just plummet. The "Wings" themselves would be attached on like an extra muscle from a very young age, to be able to learn how to use the wings, and to be used to them. "Wings" work like a regular birds wings, propelling the user across the ground. The "Wings" are made of bones, muscles, a special kind of feather, and a very thin layer of silicate. Flavor text: The orginal creation came from Dr. Jex, a genetic resercher, and doctor. The reserch was then handed off to Annabelli, who continues the reserch. Attainability: Semi-Closed. The only person with the knowlage of how to do this is the character Annabelli, so she would have to be messaged to perform the surgery. The format as of right now is finicky as this new forum is still being worked on, but to clarify: - Thin class may use wings to glide (Thin class people can lift 1.5 x their weight ) - Ultralight class may use wings to fly (Ultralight class people can lift 1 x their weight ) The table is a bit hard to read but I plan to have that edited so it gives a clear idea of how much people under these classes would weigh. Enjoy winged characters, as this does not require an app! That of course means this app will receive a fail, and will be moved.
