Name: Warp Sled, Trans-Locational Assistance Module (TLAM)

Description: Comes in several forms, the most common being a large ring, which a smaller ship can fit through the middle off, with struts to allow the attachment of the ring to the ships hull.

Abilities: The concept of the Warp Sled is simple, an exterior module that can be attached to a small ship (or vice versa) that would not be typically warp capable. Once the two are securely affixed to one another, the sled allows the ship to enter and exit hyperlanes, where it can be safely disconnected once the craft reaches its destination.

Limitations: The Warp sled must be guided by software on the ship it is carrying, the sled itself has no guidance system, or course-plotting programs of any kind. This of course means that the vehicle it is affixed to must also be specifically compatible with the Sled. Without the required mounting points of course-plotting software, the sled itself is little more than a bit of space junk.

Conditional Limitations (Optional): Should an interfaced ship be disconnected from a sled while in transit through a hyperlane- either through faulty equipment or improper mounting points- the sled will continue its plotted course, while the unlucky craft will be ejected from the hyperlane- often suffering critical damage in the process- and left stranded in hyperspace.

How does it work: WARP SLED USERS MANUAL
    1. Pilot craft into center of sled. Allow automated magnetic systems to guide sled into position. Press flashing 'LOCK' button on HUD, automated clamps will lock in place, affixing ship to sled. IMPORTANT: ENSURE CLAMPS ARE ALL SECURE BEFORE CONTINUING TO NEXT STEP
    2. Initiate ship-board course-plotting software. Select hyperlane of your choice. Initiate travel.
    3. Upon travel initiation, allow warp drives to charge. Secure yourself, cargo and passengers before hyperlane breach is initiated.
    4. During transit DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DISCONNECT FROM SLED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
    5. After hyperlane transit is completed, ensure warp systems are powered down and press the 'UNLOCK' button. RCS systems will stabilize sled in space, and an onboard tracker will initiate, allowing you to know its location for your return journey.

Flavor Text: The concept of the warp sled is not a new one, examples can be found since soon after the original inception of hyperlane travel, however it is only recently that the technology has been seen readily available to the civilian market, with ARCA Technicals line of civilian models. The draw of the convenience of allowing a much smaller, cheaper ship to access Hyperlanes without outside assistance has vastly outweighed the fact that the sleds occasionally arrive at their destination without their passengers.

    Attainability: Open

Your application is missing the 'Flavor Text' section. Otherwise, it's perfectly fine. Just write some lore on who made it and who uses it or something and I'll slap it with a pass.
