Positions Exploration : The backbone of Hephaestus , these are our geologists, botanists, archaeologist, etc. Without them, we wouldn't exist. Pay: Depends on what kind of discoveries you make. A major discovery would be somewhere around the 10,000px mark. Exploitation: Another major role in Hephaestus , we would prefer you're capable of piloting a mecha if you apply for this position. Pay: Base 20% value of what you gather. Might increase/decrease due to varying circumstances. Max 40% value Creation: The scientists, engineers, architects of Hephaestus . They're in charge of designing and creating our colonies and equipment. Pay: Per project. Designing a new and improved mining mecha would earn you around the 7,500px mark. Security: Our security force. In charge of protecting our personnel, equipment, and colonies. Pay: Base 2,000px . Goes up or down based on performance. Medical: Our doctors and emergency medical personnel. In charge of keeping everyone alive and well. Pay: Base 2,000px . Goes up or down based on performance. Diplomacy: Our PR, managers, and everything similar. In charge of keeping the company together when the big boys aren't around, and making sure the rest of the Fringe doesn't hate us.
