    Planet Name: Droplet [III]
    Environment: The surface is completely flooded with water. Temperature itself is mediocre, an average being 13 Celsius degrees.
    Population Size: Aside from water fauna there are no native sapient beings.
    Settlements: None, except one modern-looking platform. Is it oil they excavate? Who knows, what a mystery.
    Backstory Permissions: mm yes.
