They tried their best to raise her accordingly but just before her teenage years, she grew bored of it, making a slow but drastic change into a bit of a troublemaker. In short, she was turning into the usual rude, impulsive, angsty teen. Outside of some history, she ended up doing terrible throughout school from this point forward, opting instead to focus on her friends, who her parents didn't really like. For various mundane reasons this phase didn't last and she ended up going back to her parents to apologize to them in a crying fit. After this, she'd have become noticeably more polite without compromising the interests she'd gained over the past several years. Nothing relevant occurs for the next several years until a biking accident resulting in a death leaves her heartbroken and depressed. She takes up the habit of smoking for a few months and not long after quitting, heads away from home in hopes of getting over everything and to grow more as a person by continuing her life elsewhere, and filling it with experiences.
